How to book the place?

You need to make just 3 steps to get your booking done!

1. Register your Account in one click.
You can do it easily, by using your FaceBook or Google account or create a new account, using your email.

2. Find the Right Place, that fits your preferences. You can always contact host before and ask about any details.

3. Book It!
When you are ready and you’ve found the perfect place, book it easy. You can find 2 ways of booking:

1) Instant Book
You’ll see a button Instant Book in the reservation section of the listing. Use this option to book fast and go straight to a payment method.

2) Request to Book
Some places need to be requested and confirmed by host. Please push the button Request to book in this case.
After host has confirmed the reservation, you will receive an email notification, that will redirect you to the reservation section to proceed to the payment by clicking on Pay Now.

How long does the booking process take?

After host accept the request of booking or if you use Instant booking,  as soon as payment will be successfully done, your booking will be confirmed immediately. You will receive the confirmation on your email with all booking details.

Your request to book, hosts may accept within 24 hours.

If you don´t receive accept of your request from the host, please be free to contact host.

When am I charged for a reservation?

Once the host accepts your request, or if you book a reservation with Instant Book, your payment method will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed (except any security deposits).

Security deposit will be pay in check-in in chas  and pay back in check-out in case of the absence of any damage of apartment or furniture . In the event of damage to the Apartment caused by guest or guest’s family, agents or visitors,  host may use funds from the deposit to repair, but is not limited to this fund and guest remains liable.

What methods of payment accepted?

Spain4Joy fully supports  Credit Card secure payment solutions, providing by PayPal and Stripe.

All transactions are 100% secure SSl Certified.

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

Yes, you are always free to modify booking request to available dates, before payment have been charged.

Can i modify or cancel my booking?

You can modify your booking dates always before the payment  have been charged.

To change your booking, when payment have been done, please contact host and request changes needed.  Together we can agreed new booking dates and conditions and modify the inicial booking.

If you need to cancel booking, please check the cancelation policy applied on your reservation.

Moderate Cancelation policy:

Free cancellation within 48 hours after booking, if at least 14 days before arrival (time is indicated in the confirmation email).
If canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay and cleaning fee will be refunded.

Flexible Cancelation policy:

Free cancellation no later than 14 days before arrival (time is indicated in the confirmation email).

Free cancellation within 48 hours after booking, if it is issued less than 14, but more than 5 days before arrival.
Upon cancellation no later than 5 days before arrival, guests will be charged for 1 st night and refunded the cost of the stay and the cleaning fee.

Not refundable:

Free cancellation within 48 hours after booking
